"Nice quiet place for a hotel stay in Tampa. The pool was really nice to have and the outer lounge courtyard was great. Staff was somewhat helpful - seemed a little lax security wise at front desk and somewhat friendly. I ended up getting confused with a different booking because of our similar names and walked into someone else’s room. Then our air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to switch rooms. Nice layout of room with suite including pull out couch and kitchenette! Breakfast is free with decent selection, mostly like easy prep dishes, breads, cereal. Overall nice stay but I think they have some things to improve to help make things a little more safe and welcoming."

"Everything was perfect about our stay! Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom amenities, such as towels, lotions and bathing products were good quality. The beds were very comfortable and the Keurig coffeemaker was really appreciated! Before check-out, we enjoyed the Continental breakfast. (I'm gluten-free, so I was very happy to find a delicious omelet, sausage, and GF pancakes that I could have!) Check-out was quick. We would definitely come back to this area and this specific hotel again!!"

"The room was dirty, first night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the bathtub was rusted, bed covers had a holes, in the morning the the housekeeper instead of knocking on the door, she just opened the door without asking first, we were at sleep and we got so scared because it was just me and my daughter and before we left we put the sign on the door and still they entered the room. Never again, was the worse experience ever."

"Front desk staff exceptional. Lobby was filled with guests waiting for rooms to be ready cluster check in time. staff was calm, kind and efficient getting all checked and clearing lobby within 29-30 min of checkin"

"The staff was great but the quality was terrible. The pictures on the website and expedia were extremely inaccurate. There were roaches in the room, sheets were dirty and stained. There wasnt even a main light in my room. When we arrived we assumed it was abandoned from the looks of it. There was trash everywhere and the door to get in and out had a lock problem. tv did not work and no phone to call the desk, neither a smoke detector. Barely any furniture besides the bed. the whole building smelt like weed despite booking in the nonsmoking area. For the amount i paid, i we assumed we would get a way better room. The inaccurate pictures need to be fixed...."

"Great breakfast, the friendliest staff ever and decent/minimal but clean room. Comfy bed and space, my biggest complain would have to be the bathroom. In theory, I like the idea of the sliding barn door being the door for the bathroom and the closet, but because there isn’t any way to lock it, it creates a very big lack of privacy and security. The shampoo and conditioner bottles where not filled enough and we ran out of it + the cleaning crew didn’t come to clean our room even if our stay was short."
