"The staff they have need a big raise they are understaffed and doing everything possible to accommodate everyone while being extremely polite the hospitality was great. Quality inn you need major improvements / updates too the rooms.Possibly complete renovation, there is a lot of water damage and mold in the rooms some baseboards and walls were wet and soft to the touch and carpets stayed damp. I hope quality inn takes this review seriously and takes care of their employees and property. "

"This hotel is on a large property with a spacious courtyard. Our room had a small balcony which we enjoyed. Hearst Castle, Elephant Seals (and Otters!), the light house, and Moonstone beach are all short drives away. Parking is easy. We had an issue with the first room we were given, but the front desk quickly assigned us to another room. They ask to let them know if you are arriving late.
