"A cabinet had a broken handle. My bathroom sink was leaking constantly from faucet base. A man staying there as a Mayo patient fell. I went to the front desk to ask for a wheel chair. The attendant said we don't have one. I stay there as a Mayo patient and was so disappointed in the attendant's response. ..."
