Staff was professional and helpful. Room was clean, I booked a full beach view but was given a side view which was still okay. The manager offered a $50 credit to use at the hotel but I didn't have time to use it. I will visit again

Clean room nice staff the restaurant was not opened on Sunday to order breakfast and the microwave has a safety loc on it had to call for help but this was still a nice place I will go here again

Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront
Breakfast and service was great. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, and the carpet in the room was all stained. Over all it wasn't bad. Didn't like paying $20 a night for my car to be in the parking lot.

Definitely outdated! For this to be a Hilton property and the location that it’s in, I was expecting better. The room I was in wasn’t the best. The bathroom was small, there was no refrigerator and the walls were thin. I was very disappointed.
