Messy, gum stuck to the pavers, plants & landscaping lacking attention-poor maintenance, no pool towels and had to ask three separate times over 30 minutes for towels since they were completely gone. "There were no towels in the room and when calling to ask for some they stated they didnt have any and would have to get back to us. The shower was dirty AND bed had hair all over it like it had not been washed. Also, breakfast is not included. They have coffee and some granola bars but no breakfast ..."
