"Overall this was a decent place to stay for two nights and probably a reasonable price considering private beach access. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, but difficult to fully enjoy due to close proximity to the building's massive AC units, (NO quiet time as they were always running). The bathroom was NOT clean. Furniture in the room had visible dust. One chest of drawers was free for storing clothing, every other space, (desk, stand between beds,, closets) was filled with someone's...

"Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend."

"The rooms were clean and well organized. Did not care much for the breakfast. I didn't use the pool or exercise area."

"The room had its essentials cleaned—bedding, floor, toilet, and sink—but the baseboards and bathroom air vents were really filthy. The water pressure was poor, hot water was ok, the towels were old. The staff was friendly but didn't present as professional. The breakfast was ok."

"The lady at front desk was friendly and professional. The room was clean. The shower got hot in seconds. Great motel on the beach and close to downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Walk down to the water downtown. We love Fernandina Beach and this motel was great."

"Safe, friendly staff, clean, convenient appeared new condition.. Breakfast needs to start at 6 am on weekends, seems like cheap cost cutting that takes away from the property. Unsightly large plastic trash can on wheels ( back if house kitchen style) in lobby area, full and unsightly during entire stay .."

"Nice clean rooms staff is great"

"The property was beautiful. There were no restaurants within walking distance on the property other than poolside ones. No place to buy soft drinks or snacks anywhere on property, no mini fridge to keep anything cool. I expected those things for the room cost and resort fees and taxes were more than expected but acceptable."

"Location is perfect."

"We loved our stay in this unique hotel; the bar was located in the principal's office!"

"The room was great but could use better customer service at the front desk."

"The stay was good!"
