Make sure you ask for a receipt and look at it. Although they were very quickly to correct the oversight, As we all know We don't get to talk to the same people that we make reservations with..it's all online nowadays. Getting a receipt and looking at it at the time of check out is good. It was a Beautiful room. I was flabbergasted! The sofa bed was very comfortable even without pulling it out. I slept very well. The bed for me was too soft , so i went out to the sofa. But everyone else was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Facility was clean desk clerk friendly and helpful. First day did not clean our room. Second day changed towels and emptied trash but bed was not made and unsure if things were cleaned. Breakfast menu was limited, offered eggs, potato, sausage that staff did not want to prepare-told use would take too long to prepare. Had bagel and prepackaged sandwich for more than fill breakfast next morning at a diner. There was a parking fee that we were not informed prior to stay and the lot is not secure. Would not stay there again.
