"Anthony and carlos were outstanding with customer service! But Anthony is by far the most amazing customer service oriented and driven employee! He is willing to do legitimately whatever it takes to make your stay a great one! I am a Business Development Director myself! Truly a Gem! Carlos worked overnight and was friendly as well. Having said that tricia leaves much to be desired and does not present genuinely. She wasnt bad, she wasnt good, she just was. I hope the two gentlemen get acknowledged with praise and i hope Tricia gets some customer service training. Real people know the difference and you never know who your in company of!"

"I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. Balcony facing east was the perfect size for 2 chairs & a little table. As the pictures show, there is a beach view to the side. The bedroom closet was huge, as far as condo closets go. No unpleasant surprises except that the sliding glass door was hard to open/close. There is no door to the bedroom upstairs, so you can hear the downstairs TV up there. The downstairs TV is up high on the wall, a little awkward, but hopefully you'll have other things to do for most of your time here. The beach at this spot is deep, plenty of room between the dune line and the shore to play, walk, etc... Stopping to pay extra for a parking pass is really annoying. But it is great parking under the building, completely shaded & and guarded by security. I've paid more for less appealing parking, the parking guard was super pleasant, and we didn't have to wait for someone to bring the car back, so it's a very minor complaint. The info sent to me had 2 numbers and we weren't sure which was the unit #. We guessed wrong at first & spent a few mins trying to get into the wrong condo. The reservation said there's no elevator but that's not entirely accurate. There is one to get up to the door but just not inside the condo to get up to the bedroom. You will not need to carry your stuff up stairs to get to condo door. "
