"Before our arrival, I called to request a non-smoking room on a higher floor and away from the elevators, as I was traveling with my wife, who was 35 weeks pregnant, and our 3-year-old son. At check-in, we were assigned Room 121 on the ground floor because the available rooms on the higher floors required a long walk from the elevator, while the nearby stairs were not practical for my wife at this stage of pregnancy. Unfortunately, Room 121, particularly the bathroom, had a strong cigarette smell despite being designated as non-smoking. I reported the issue to the front desk, and Sincere was incredibly courteous and helpful. He promptly arranged for maintenance to inspect the room, and after confirming the issue, they helped us look at two other rooms. We ultimately moved to Room 122, which was a significant improvement. It was cleaner, smelled fresh, had a better refrigerator and TV, and overall felt much more comfortable. Breakfast was good, and our stay ended up being a pleasant one. Special thanks to Sincere and the maintenance staff for taking our concerns seriously and making sure my pregnant wife and our family were comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness and excellent service made a real difference."
