"When booking, I read both very high sbd very criticsl reviews so I had an open mind. We stayed in a Jr Suite on the 3rd floor. Quite spacious and very quiet. The building is dark (in downtown area with other taller buildings around) but our room had light and there’s a 6th floor terrace (fab) for drinks snd snacks. "Todo PERFECTO 👌. Excelente opción para hospedarse en Bilbao, esta super bien ubicado, cerca de todo y zona segura. El hotel está nuevo, con diseño y decoración increíble y las instalaciones muy bonitas. La cama muy cómoda y la ducha sale el agua perfecto. El desayuno delicioso y muy variado! Excelente opción. Lo recomiendo al 100%"
