"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation!
The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"フロントが無人でタブレットのみ、説明がなく不安でした。問い合わせの番号があり電話をしてみると、登録していた電話番号ではなくチグハグな番号で登録してありました。何とかチェックインできて部屋へ行くと、思いのほか狭かった印象です。しかし、中はとても綺麗でした。枕が固かったのが残念です。
子供2人だったので、狭く感じてしまいましたが、2人だと十分だと思います。家族連れはあまりお勧めしません。"

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked.
Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"
