The Orient Express is in a very transit street, had a bit noice up to midnight. The staff was excellent, they would attend to your request and needs immediately. The bathrooms are not big at all, and they lack space to put anything on. Overall I was happy to stay here for a few nights but if longer I would probably look elsewhere.

All the staff was amazing to us. Always willing to help until the end. Last minute big taxi to the airport for all our luggage. The roof top great food and wonderful. The pool, the sauna. What i planned first time on the Hotels.com. The total stay with insurance was not satisfied at all. Mistakenly used Hotels.com. Tried to call your number from local number as well International seems after sale service is below standard. Similarly hotels didn't take seriously.

I spent one week in this hotel with my sister. The location of the hotel is perfect, metro and tram stations are within walking distance. Most of the attractions are also well accessible. Very good service: Kemal and Sinan were very friendly and gave us valuable tips😊

Excellent location

A great hotel in the heart of Istanbul. A few minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and many restaurants/cafes/bars on the street outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and our baby was accommodated with a high chair.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean but could do with some renovating. Walls were very thin so it got noisy at times from people in the halls and neighbouring rooms. The location was excellent, within a 15 minute walk to all the major attractions and next to a tram stop.
