Since the hotel is new, it has a very nice design. The staff is very friendly. The price service quality ratio is very good. It is a bit downhill, but it is a new hotel, 5 minutes walk from the square. The design is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful, I liked it and I recommend it. Perfect!!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible to any part of Istanbul. Huge Thankyou to Sami and Zaynab for helping us out with literally everything. Would definitely book again. Ps, hotel is at the bottom of an extremely steep hill.

I liked the staff the most, very accommodating and helpful with our needs. It's a small hotel with no elevator. It's located right across the highway and close to the busy life of the city so expect some noise up until 11 PM. The room was clean & bed comfortable. Budget-friendly to those staying a night or two in Istanbul.

The staff were really nice and kind. They helped us a lot with our questions and gave us nice suggestions too. They are still renovating the hotel but overall it was clean and in a really nice area. It is located in Taksim Square and it was surrounded by all the restaurants malls and a metro/subway too. You can also easily reach taxi. The night time life is the best there in Taksim. Overall we loved our 5 days there.

The location of the hotel is very nice, but what makes it meaningful is the staff who serve you with great interest and kidness. All ladies and gentlemen. I cannot describe the location of the room and the beauty of the bed . İt is impossible to start the day without feeling rested. İn Istanbul,slope is inevitable but not a problem.

No Media Luxury Suites.. it is a fake name with high rating ...the place on this location is Sam suits ..very poor standards, expensive and on top they are scamers. they will tell you to pay again because the e-payment is not received. Its far from Taksim square and doesn't worth to pay half of what i paid... no lift ..no towels ...nothing

Excellent stay

Luxury Medea Taksim is an ideal choice for those looking for luxury and comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. The rooms are spacious, clean, service is excellent and the location is very central. There is construction going on in front of the hotel, so maybe it's not suitable for those who expect a view, but I'm not going to make that a problem. The beds allowed me to have a comfortable and restful sleep. Service: The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They did their best to meet my every need. The service was perfect and fast. Taksim Square and Istiklal Street will take you 10 minutes, considering the steepest slope. These are the indispensable slopes of Istanbul))) There is a delicious Local Grill restaurant nearby where you can dine. I recommend it to everyone who comes, high service quality and satisfaction. I would like to thank the hotel and its management for the service I received.👍👍👍

Pas d’eau sur les 2 derniers jours et d’électricité le dernier jour . Problème de tuyauterie (fuite robinet lavabo) une ampoule du lit à changer . Petit déjeuner oublié le 1er jour .Serviette de toilettes et draps pas très propres .Personnel très gentil cependant .Avantages gold comme surclassement chambre non respecté cette fois .

Hotel befindet sich unten an einer Steilen Abhang, wenn man zum Taksim Platz möchte, muss man erst einmal einen Steilen Hang hoch laufen. Dabei läuft man an mehreren Kfz Werkstätten vorbei wobei die Straße zugestellt und dreckig ist. Vor dem Hotel is zudem auch eine Mülldeponie weshalb es auch noch verschmutz und stinkend ist. Die KfzWerkstätte und die Baustelle verursacht viel Lärm. Die Zimmertüren sind nicht Lärm und Lichdicht: Flurlicht scheint ins Zimmer und der Lärm anderer Gäste und Personal dringt ins Zimmer. Im Badezimmer sikd die Duscharmaturen undicht und schimmel in den Ecken der duschkabine zu sehen. Zudem sind an sämtlichen Stellen im Badezimmer schwarze Farbe verteilt. Das Personal neigt zum Betrug: Trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen wurden 2 Transfers zum Flughafen in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl 1 Transfer im Preis inbegriffen war. Die autos sind zusem Marode und stinken nach Raucherqualm welchee schon im Halskratz. Ich werde mich nicht mehr für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.
