Best hotel

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot. The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was.

First of all, Mr. Burak at the reception completed my check-in process very quickly and politely. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are very good and quiet. I had my breakfast at the open buffet, which was very delicious and had a lot of food options. I definitely recommend it.

Staff here were not the friendliest and they seemed to apply rules arbitrarily. We were asked to pay a cash deposit for the minibar services as soon as we walked in. It was lots of small things like that that just made the overall experience negative and inconvenient. We sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and witnessed a screaming fight between a staff member and hotel guest. Not an ideal stay and would advise to look elsewhere.

A bit far out

Good hotel. We stayed here as it was supplied by a tour company we were using for a Greece-Turkey trip, but it is certainly too far outside of the tourist area to be utilized by someone just wanting to visit the old center of the city.

Super nice team , very helpful receptionist named Burak. Only awkward thing with the hotel is; there is a single elevator which goes to parking and you need to do combination to catch that elevator. No stairs to go to parking aswell.

If you are in Istanbul for visiting the tourist hotspots in the inner city this is not the best choice of hotels (too far from the old town), but if you need to be in this area (Tekstilkent or Bayrampasa) we have not found a better hotel than this one. Very helpfull staff, very friendly. The breakfast has everything you could want or need, dinner restaurant is very good, but a little too expensive, but if you do not want to go out and look for a restaurant it is a very good alternative, I LOVED their pastas!

I had paid for a balcony room only to be told that the hotel no longer has balcony rooms due to security reason. I wish I had known that in advance. Hotel and staff are average. Breakfast is very limited. It took the lady 20 minutes to cook some eggs while there was no one waiting.
