The experience was great it's near the beach there are plenty of restaurants but no convince stores. If you are looking to buy something to eat during the night you might have to drive a bit far.

Owner does not answer calls or text if you have any issues, this is very un profesional I will not stay again nor would I recommend any one stay either. There are better places with way more nicer people, this was an overall horrible experience for me. 0 out of 5

I liked everything except the structural conditions inside the property had few spots that have to be taken care. In the one bedroom apartment, it was a hole on the wall that had ants crawling out of it. At the entrance, the ceiling was cracked, so do in the bathroom.

We liked the location, right by the boardwalk on Montones Beach in Isabela. We liked that they had AC in all the rooms which worked well. The apartment was nothing fancy and was overpriced though I assume it’s overpriced because of the AC, which is generally expensive in PR. There were no pillow cases when we arrived and the toilet was clogged. One of the two beach chairs was broken. There were insufficient bath towels and no garbage bags for the kitchen. It was in a safe area and has locks on the door and on a fence entryway.

Me gusto mucho la Cercanía de la playa. La comunicación fue excelente. Buena limpieza. Quiza si hubiese una pequeña piscina en el complejo fuera todo perfecto. Pero volveria a quedarme.

My worst experience ever, owner allowed double booking and never communicate ahead. I left in from of the apartment waiting for their response for three hours with 8 persons. They do not want to answer the phone, I have to call from other phone. Owner and assistant completely irresponsible! I lose vacations days, money and 3 hours back to my home. Do not recommend the place. My worst nightmare ever!

Very pleasant stay

I really liked the place. It was clean. Everything in working condition. Full kitchen with all the appliances. The owner always answered the phone right away and answered all my questions. I have nothing, but good things to say about the place and experience in general. Did I mention it was only a few steps from the beach? Strongly recommend the place!!!
