"Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. "We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious with A/C that actually worked amazingly!! The area is perfect with everything you need in close proximity, but not super busy. Also a super easy quick transit to the centre of Milan. Would definitely come back in the future!"

"Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel situated not far from underground station so a good place to use as a base to explore Milan.
Air conditioning was a little noisy so had to be switched off at night which made for a warm night.
Overall very happy with our stay."
