Coffee maker was broken and needed to be replaced. Bathroom had wall damage and mold on the tiles. Staff was marginal in their interaction with me as a guest.

Rome was dirty with several insects located inside. The toilet continued to run all night. I knew it was near the airport so anticipated the plane noise but the location was very sketchy with a few homeless people sleeping outside in the parking lot.
