"We travelled for the Big Sur marathon, stayed for a few days after. Room was nice. Housekeeping was hit or miss. We were told water would be off for 2-3 hours which turned into 5. Delayed our ability to shower before our evening plans. NOT ideal. No credit to our bill for the inconvenience. Breakfast staff was great, amazing options for meals and happy hour. Would stay again, disappointed in the water situation"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet enough, because room's windows are looking to parking and only bathroom window is on the road side. Regarding price - it could be better than on hotels.com (even with bonuses applied), you can check different offers on Google maps to compare, and save $10-15 per night"

"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area. The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush. The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating. Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."

"Comfortable bed, very clean establishment. Nice selection, breakfast buffet. Easy parking. The one thing that stood out most for us was the soft water, whether it be natural or treated. Most hotels we stay at water is extremely hard. So nice and refreshing."
