"Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."

"チェックインは別の建物でした。 駐車場から歩いて宿泊宿まで行きました。 荷物のみ車搬送。 夕方で疲れてた上に2歳児もいたので、気分は良くありませんでした。往復してまいりましょうか？など、お客様の1日の疲れを考えて、徒歩が送迎の選択肢を与えて頂きたかった。 次に部屋に到着後、使用の案内がありました。食器類は使ったら全て洗い、片づけるように言われました。常識的に、調理したら片付けはしますが、宿から、このように強く言われたのは初めてだったので、驚きしました。冬は寒すぎて、宿泊できないかも。お風呂は暗すぎる。こたつは温まりにくい。煎餅みたいなお座布団はお尻が痛くなります。防寒対策をして、ご宿泊ください。携帯の充電機コードなどはありません。"
