Rooms are dated but reasonably clean. I would describe the room as adequate. Buffet breakfast is a must as there’s no easy alternative. Conviennent location and helpful staff. The included breakfast was great too. Very handy for us as we had an overnight stay on the way to ski resorts after arriving late from Tokyo.

Chisun Grand Nagano
