"its a lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. My bag did not arrive and concierge went out of its way to keep checking and following the trail of the bag. Thank you so much, am so grateful. The disappointing part was view of bhospherous, you are so far from the bhospherous that its really not paying the extra for the view."

- Room rug is awful
- Shower pan is very slippery
- Toilet is kind of square, it is anatomically not ergonomic "
