We came for our anniversary and rhe hotel staff was extremely nice and rhem even rook our pictures for us and greeted us every time we entered the lobby the parking attendees were wonderful.

Hotel restaurant didn’t act like they wanted to serve us. We had been at a tournament all day and the reason we chose this hotel was because it had an onsite restaurant. Parking was not good.

Room was not properly cleaned upon check-in. We found food in the pull-out bed that looked like it hadnt been touched in months, pizza crumbs under the desk and dirt in the entry way. The hotel was nice but we found the on property dining very expensive for what it was.

Great location (even though we were snowed in), great service, clean, amazing F&B program (pork shank was the best Ive ever had and I am German and we love pork shank).

Great hotel, super friendly staff, good food too. One knock is it does get road noise. The harley at 2am or the fast car kid with that goofy exhaust kit, I heard them both.

Great Downtown Fun
An excellent addition to downtown Huntsville. Clean and beautiful facilities, rooms were very nice, staff was very nice and helpful, centrally located, and the rooftop bar provided an excellent end to a great evening.

Property is nice and service wonderful, workers accommodating. I would suggest that more coffee and creamer/sugars provided (initially) in rooms. Hosts were happy to supply it but there was only one packet of sugar and a packet of powdered creamer

Super cute small hotel overlooking the historic downtown area. Our room was large and my husband loved the huge shower! We enjoyed a few drinks on the rooftop bar admiring the scenery. One word of caution- this is more of an adult hotel. No pool for the kiddos and the hotel was nice and quiet (we stayed without our kids and thoroughly enjoyed the adult atmosphere!).

Everything about the property was first class. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, bed was very comfortable, tv was large with an excellent picture. Hotel amenities were clean and convenient. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and convenient to walking to close restaurants. The whole area is really beautiful. We opted to park across street at parking garage versus the valet option. We would love to come back again and visit!
