"Super cute, we stayed in the main house. The old charm the house has made it even more cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Super friendly staff, and even a feline greeter who was happy to recieve pets. Would highly recommended and would stay again! "
"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. "Kaatskill Mountain Club is a wonderful hotel. The pool is lovely and the amenities and the staff are great. There are two things I would suggest that would make the customer’s stay more comfortable. The first one is providing a mini refrigerator in the studio units. That would be most helpful. Secondly is installing at least one handle bar in the shower stall for customers who have balance/mobility issues. That said I have recommended this facility to my family and friends.
