I didn’t appreciate that it took me 25 minutes to check in. There was a long line upon arrival. I was also given the key to a room that already had a guest, so I had to walk back to the desk to explain that someone was in the room. Then, when I finally got to my room after they realized it was a mistake, I walked into a hot room with a puddle of water that has seemed to carry over from the fridge all the way to the edge of the desk. I’m not sure how long the water has been sitting, but it seems like this wasn’t properly checked. I went to the desk to explain this to the staff. They asked if I wanted another room. I opposed because I didn’t want to go through another hurdle just to sleep for a night after all of the waiting. The details of this experience must be improved. I had hopes based on the pictures, but this is an unacceptable.
