"Location was good as the mall was a 5 minute walk. There is a nice park across the street as well. The breakfast was "ok" but not really great. About what you would expect at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express in the US. Rooms were very small but adequate."

"Not a good spot for tourism or business trip in São Paulo. The area is too crouded during day and did not seem safe at night. "

"This hotel is old but works well. Many guests stay at this hotel, left was busy, breakfast was so crowded."

"The man at checkin was extremely helpful. He even helped us order a pizza because we arrived so late the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very convenient for the bus station which is why we stayed there. It was basic but got the job done. The bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, there was some hair in the shower drain from a previous guest. The towels were quite worn and one had a hole in it. We arrived on a late flight and had an early bus the next morning so it worked well for that. "
