"Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views. "

It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

"Was uns an diesem Hotel besonders begeistert hat, war die absolute Freundlichkeit, das Interesse an uns als Gast und das alles so überaus gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet ist. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Für uns persönlich war das Bett ein bisschen zu hart, aber das ist reine Geschmackssache und es ist nun mal nicht möglich, dass für jeden Rücken immer das ideale Bett in einem Hotelzimmer steht. "Superdejligt hotel, ekstremt venligt personale og maden er tiptop.
Værelserne var lidt nussede i kanterne, så en lille opstramning på rengøringen, ville ikke skade.
Ellers et skønt ophold og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette hotel"
