Unbeatable location, only a short walk from Hong Kong and Central stations. Lots of dining options around as well as convenience stores like 7 Eleven (essential as the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast) the room was comfortable and modern and housekeeping were attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty decor in great location

Very nice hotel great location to both high end shops and local shops and restaurants. Very pretty decor. Large Bathroom. Coffee machine and water purifying machine in each room. Very helpful staff.

Room was clean, location was very convenient, and most importantly the staff operation was amazingly smooth. After check out, I forgot something in the room but it took less than few mins to retrieve… Also when I asked for the pick up taxi, the staff immediately used her app and it arrived at the front in one minute… thanks a lot Chloe. It was one of the pleasant stays in HK.

Little gem in the Central

The location of the hotel is great, but the traffic in central can be overwhelming. The room was clean and tidy, on the small side, but very useful. The service was good, can be even better!

I enjoyed my stay at The Pottinger. Love the location and accessibility. Staff may lack some experience and knowledge but they are genuinely helpful and attentive. The furniture does need an upgrade, both quality and structure. All in all, I would definitely consider staying again at the Pottinger. I stayed at the Signature Suite and I have my eyes set on the Pottinger Suite next time :)
