Turns out she did not understand what late check-out is and asked me to leave before the requested late check out. The property was really safe, quiet and convenient. It was close to public transit and also has full taxi access to the airport. Additionally, it's located in a very convenient location in HK by a metro station and a major bus station within 5 minutes of walking.

Room 249 is supper noise, as there are two big ventilation fans located outside the windows and also it is the same level of the bridge. Besides, there were plenty of chinese smoking in the hotel, the hotel staff didn't not take any action, just allow them to smoking

Stayed with lot of cockroaches

I found at least 3 to 4 cockroaches inside my room. It is unacceptable. I reported this to the front desk, and they just said it will be reported to their manager.

Basic on service are cut down too much , specially bellboy services . Seem just only 9 am to 6 pm only ! Also , the room is clean but is old . Specially the bathroom tub are not good for senior person ! Water are wet on the floor causes no shower curtain !
