"Great stay. Warm staff. Beautiful rooms."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast. The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again."

"OK to stay for one night but there is no reception and breakfast is even not basic. the service is nil."

"Nice rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant staff really helpful. Postcode took us somewhere miles away up a mountain. Communication was in German and sent pre-arrival emails that were really important because there's not 24/7 staff at the hotel."

"Excellent value for Switzerland. 5 minute walk to station with quick connections to Basel and 1 hour to Zurich. High quality furnishings and TV and spacious room."

"Very clean, friendly and helpful. Hope to return again one day."

"Hotel was wonderful and the price was so reasonable. It was in the middle of a quaint fortress old town just a couple of blocks from the Rhine River. It was super close to the train station. It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back."

"Leider kann ich gar nichts darüber sagen, weil bei meiner Anreise niemand da war. Auf die Telefonnummer, welche ich Online gefunden habe, war der Anrufbeantworter. Auf der Bodenmatte am Montag Abend um 18 Uhr lag noch die Tageszeitung Die Anfrage vom Hotel kam am Dienstag, 16.17 Uhr. Bis dahin hatte ich mich bereits längstens anders organisiert. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the accommodation itself, as nobody was present when I arrived. When I called the phone number I found online, I...
