"Hot tub was broken, there was rotten food in the microwave, fresh coffee was roped off, random junk in hallways, when we went to front desk to tell about hot tub, there was a lady who had a family with 3 rooms and they were all dirty including urine on floors, and pubic hair in bathroom....."
