"What I love most about Dormy Inn is the layout of the rooms. Separating the sink from the toilet and shower area, and having a door you can close to create a completely private bedroom space is a brilliant design for a business hotel. This location had almost all the services one expects from Dormy Inn. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and I also appreciated the complimentary Yonaki Soba noodles and ice pops. The public bath features an open-air bath, and while it is on the...

"good"

"House keeping doesn't do a good job on refilling, our shower gel on the 3rd day is the last drop, the room tissue box as well, and I have to put the empty bottle and opened the empty box tissue out so the house keeping can see and refill them. So are the cups, I have to put them out on the sink so they will be cleaned on the 3rd day. On the 4th day, only 1 big clean towel and we have 3 ppl."

"Every time when I go to Tokyo , I always live at this hotel because the room a little big , clean , staff very helpful and this hotel it beside JR Otsuka station by walk around 3 minute."

"Good service"

"The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores."

"This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe. The unit was quite large, plenty of room to spread out all our luggage, which was great. The rooms and kitchen were clean and nice. The only thing was a musty smell under the...

"Very good given the price, but they did take a photo of my passport at check-in, which I didn’t like."

"Very spacious rooms, had amenities quite cheap if you need them including but not limited to juice, soda and water. Bathroom and shower area were super clean and very nice. Best hotel I’ve stayed in while I’ve been in Tokyo. Great job guys I will definitely be coming back❤️"
