"Nice ambience and location next to Palio is just great for the price paid. For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Not recommended for the disabled and elderly as there are no elevators."

"We stayed in May and the resort was in low season and the only guests. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are great. The shower was a bit run down, but other than that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Khaoyai. The resort is about 30 minute drive to the main national park so really good location. "

"Had a wonderful one-night staycation at one of their Onsen Nordic Suite room, and enjoyed every minute of it - especially the breakfast being brought to the room. There are some maintenance issues with the room, but it didn’t reduce my expectations. I really want to come back again soon."

"พนักงานเช็คอินพยายามจะให้อาหารเช้าแค่2คน ทั้งๆที่เราจองไว้3คน น่าเบื่อมากกก เราก็ต้องหาหลักฐานมาโชว์ว่าในแอปเขาระบุมาให้เลยว่าอาหารเช้า3คนคือราคานี้ พนักงานก็ทำเหมือนไม่เชื่อ พอตอนท้ายบอกเราว่าถ้าจ่ายมาราคานี้ก็น่าจะรวมค่าอาหารเช้ามาแล้วมั้ง สรุปได้อาหารเช้า3คน แต่กว่าจะรุเรื่องทำให้เรารุสึกแย่มากค่ะ เดินทางมาเหนื่อยๆเจอแบบนี้เซ็งเลย"
