I couldn't find a pool for this property, but everything else was fantastic. There was no real staff to help you out, other than through WhatsApp, so finding the way inside for the first time was... interesting.

Checkin was very complicated. We were given incorrect floor twice. They finally gave us the correct floor after three tries. It took us numerous attempts to access the elevator because of the incorrect floor provided. No apologies whatsoever.
