Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Please do not book this property. We booked a family room and prepaid on expedia. This happened to have been a scam. We were never given any keys nor any access to any room in Saigon Pavillo There was a reception with a security guard who does not speak English amd who was not been able to help. We met with other family in Saigon Pavillo ln who got scammed im the same way. Best advice is either not to book here or at least do not prepay for it if you can.
