Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Nightmare in Saigon

I chose the hotel because it is located nearby and the reception is open around the clock. I arrived at night and the staff was not willing to look for a reservation but demanded money. I had to explain myself several times. Finally, I said that we'll figure it out in the morning. Very inappropriate behavior from the staff towards customers. this otherwise vague accommodation is also untidy and noisy
