The room was very nice and the stuff was very helpful. Very convenient to walking to the famous walking Street in Saigon also not a far walk to District 1 if you like walking. Very nice friendly people everywhere in the hotel and outside.

Good value hotel stay in HCM with great service

Stayed with my family for 4 nights - great service where the team will try their best to accommodate you. We had an issue with our room and reception moved us to another one the same night. We appreciated the small details they provided - refillable water in the lobby, plenty of toiletries/sewing kit/towels in the room etc. Doormen were quite helpful carrying your luggage up the entrance stairs and organising local taxis when they park to pick you up. The breakfast buffet was also varied with local fruits and dishes with a different daily menu. Good location with many small covenience stores on the same street and local restaurants. The stay would have been much more comfortable with a modern refresh. The furniture is dated with old wooden bed frames, wardrobes, and the bathoom has plastic bathtubs. Fine if you prefer the "retro" look. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again if we were back in HCM. Thank you to the team for their good service and efforts.

Very disappointing — room was visibly dirty and poorly maintained The cleanliness of this room was far below what I would expect from a hotel. The bathroom in particular was in an unacceptable condition. There was visible dirt, staining and what appeared to be mould/mildew around the bathtub edges, wall joints, wooden panelling and ceiling areas. The ceiling panels and ventilation area also showed noticeable marks and grime, making the bathroom feel unhygienic rather than properly cleaned. The condition wasn’t limited to the bathroom. The sofa cushions were visibly stained and marked, there was dirt and debris around the floor and door edges, and several areas of the room looked as though they had not received a thorough clean for some time. Even the area around the bed and furniture showed signs of poor upkeep. These are not small cosmetic complaints. Basic cleanliness is one of the most important things a hotel should provide, and unfortunately this room did not meet an acceptable standard. The photos speak for themselves. I would strongly recommend that management carry out a deep clean, address the apparent damp/mould issues, clean or replace the stained furnishings, and improve housekeeping inspections before assigning rooms to guests. Based on the condition of the room we were given, I would not choose to stay here again.

Good budget hotel

The staff is nice and helpful. The facility is dated but for the price is really cheap. Great budget hotel. Also, be awared thay this hotel also offer rate for 2 hr block... so you know this would be a place for people need to do 2hr business.
