"Clean and tastefully decorated. Close to everything but on a quieter lane of the main area. Lovely little balcony that I used. Welcome drinks and good coffee. Katerina was very warm and helpful. She stored our luggage after checkout which was helpful and gave us useful restaurant recommendations. Sweet place. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. "A beautiful Boutique Hotel. Excellent service. The staff was amazing! Every one from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were so courteous and friendly. We stayed at the presidential suite which was extremely comfortable with 2 floors and a private terrace. Also, the breakfast was top notch!"

Very quiet when you close the windows and turn on A/C so slept very well. Parking limited in the area - if you are staying longer they might let you park behind hotel if there is room. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. "This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again."
