"Great staff, very helpful. The property needs little upgrade especially toilet( hissing sound ), shower plumbing and room floor( uneven ). I understand it's a very historical and old building so might be difficult to deal with those issues but thought I would mention them nonetheless."

"A little dated and basic, but was very pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed my spontaneous night here with the dog, staff very kind and helpful. Big cups in the room, with nice biscuits and Yorkshire tea! Very affordable too for the night, would very happily return - given at a services, I didn’t hear the motorway at all! I stayed for convenience, not a ‘need’ and personally for £37 a night, I’d happily go back again!"

"I have to say the staff were yet again amazing! Danielle and Callum were outstanding helping me when I turned up late and when I had to change rooms! The only thing that let the place down this time was the maintenance staff who did not fix my tv when I complained that it turned off every 10mins! Which was most frustrating"
