"Our view was amazing. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Carlos was one of the many staff members that made our stay that much better. This is will definitely be our go to hotel when visiting Amsterdam. I can’t rave enough about how great we were treated by the staff. The bartender ( I forgot her name but she has blonde hair and seems to be the head bartender) made us feel like family and it felt like we were leaving family by the time we left.
