"it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel. There’s a resort fee being charged every day and it’s really just a simple pool. Nothing fancy I wouldn’t say it’s really a resort. A resort really does have quite a few other amenities. There’s only one restaurant and room service only comes every other day. also, for those people who are in a balcony room in the front of the hotel, you’re going to hear a loud...

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!"

"Host was very nice and helpful at check in. Amenities were sufficient. Nice welcome amenity in room and much appreciated. Light on porch was out making it hard to see. Shower facility in room was different. No waste basket in bathroom or a place to put toiletries and makeup when trying to use the mirror. Everyrhing got wet in bathroom when showering. No luggage rack or dresser Room very clean. Nice big clean kitchen with sufficient supplies. Very quiet area. Easy access to room was needed...

"Ocean view, bottled-cold drinking water and breakfast are the best things about the B&B. But the room we had is a little too small for two people and the room has no air conditioning and it was hot to sleep until later night."
