"This is a beautiful property. It appears to have been recently renovated, and the workmanship was superb. The staff at the pub downstairs were welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again!"
"Fantastic little spot. Surprisingly quiet considering it's over a pub. Never heard any of the noise from the pub and stayed over on a Friday night as well. My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) "

"Really lovely large room. Rates were fairly high for this time of year, but felt like good value.
Staff always friendly and helpful - same goes for the main restaurant.
Would be amazing if there was at least a sauna / steam room.
Only down side is there is almost always a wait at reception, frequently busy in a fairly tight space.
Credit card was charged weeks after departure for incidentals, no invoice sent. "
"I stayed here for one night as I was going to see a show at the Sadlers Wells and the property is five minutes walk. Check in was fast and staff friendly. The room is basic but clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. For the price and location I highly recommend. "
"Excellent location minutes from Kings Cross Station yet quiet and secluded spot.
Check-in was quick and efficient with great communication from staff.
Room was quirky and uniquely decorated. Very comfortable and lovely touches with free mini bar and sandwiches left in room after checking in.
Altogether a great place to stay, will not hesitate to stay again.
