"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "

"We had a great stay at Gia Huy. Tina was very welcoming and provided us with information about the old town, what activities are available to book via the hotel and how to rent the bikes. She guided us through the map and made sure we were okay throughout the stay. We didn’t encounter any issues during our time here, but Eric ensured we could make him aware straight away so any problems can be fixed. All the staff were lovely. There are decent vegetarian options for breakfast and incredible view...
