"More cons than pros for this place. Hotel was clean and easy distance to CFG bank arena. But falsely advertises bed sizes and has noise issues. I got a double queen room and the beds were absolutely doubles. My friend who got a king room was in reality given a queen bed. Upon talking to staff they insisted that’s just how the beds were. Annoying but whatever. The worst part was the noise. The windows and walls had terrible insulation and we had the joy of hearing people outside being obnoxiously loud all night long. It was like they were in our room with how clearly we could hear them. The car/road noise made this even worse. Barely got any sleep. Will not be coming back here. "

"The room was very very dirty. The carpet, couch, and shower curtain all had several large stains. The sink had a huge crack in it and there was something spilled/stained all over the tile floor. The morning breakfast was very disappointing. And access to the pool was disappointing, I was told it’s under maintenance. All of the staff I encountered were very kind and friendly."

"Roomed smelled like a liter box/ cat urine. Hotel smelled like dispensary, half of the staff struggled speaking English. And when they mess up, they double charge your account for room deposit and say sorry about your luck.. didn’t do anything wrong. A water and Snapple downstairs costed almost 10 dollars in lobby. No staff in cafe at all. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this location."

"Spent one night with my 3 grown kids, who were attending a concert at CFG bank arena, which is about a block away and a very short walk from the hotel, and I could see the venue from my room window which was a huge plus for Me. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel lobby, our room was on the 10th floor, and it was clean and comfortable with a view of the city, there were a lot of things within walking distance but we chose to have dinner in the LB tavern, a busy hotel restaurant with a decent selection of food, great service, and was reasonably priced and rather tasty. Even though me and the kids got stuck in elevator 3 for a little over an hour, with 3 other guests, who were great through the whole ordeal, we had a quick rescue from the local fire dept, and the staff quickly made a room change to a room that was understandably accessible by stairs now lol, I still rate them high for service, and chalked it up to a quirk of an almost 100 year old hotel. We loved our stay and have an awesome memory and story to tell."

"The restaurant was not as clean at the bar. Bartender was friendly but appetizer came out after the food and it was burnt."

"Clean spacious room with excellent WiFi and updated bathroom. Room is nicely appointed. Bed is a bit hard, so if you like firm, you will be happy. TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days. Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that many days. Overall, very good value."
