"Jetted bathtub was huge, very nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delish, especially the pecan waffles. "

"The room appeared nice enough at first glance, but then I began to notice broken items, damaged bathroom door, no stopper in sink (which was stained), no coffee maker, broken appliance mounts on the wall, etc. Overnight, I found two bugs lounging in the sink basin. There was no breakfast bar, just undrinkable sludge for coffee. Others may have had better experiences here, but this was mine. I would have expected this for a $50 room, but not one at $80+."

"It was such a big surprise opening the door to my room and seeing the such a nice place. The recliner is a new leather and very comfortable. The bed I sleep well in and the HVAC was new and quiet with no smell. "

"No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. "

"The staff were great. They were very kind and very friendly. It's the condition of the room itself that's the problem. There are stains on the furniture. The door to the room doesn't actually close properly. And you can clearly see daylight through the gap between the door frame and the door itself. The bathroom door was covered in some sort of grime. For the price this place charges, it really is not worth staying. I took pictures of the room, so I could document its condition."
