"schlafen quasi unmöglich - die Strassenbahn welche am hotel ca alle 5 Minutn vorbeifährt ist soooo laut das man denkt die fährt duchs Zimmer - alles wackelt .. ebenso leider nicht wirklich abzudunkeln das zimmer .-("

"Receptionist was not proactive, we had to ask for the status of our "pre-assigned" room while checking in, and she mentioned that we can have the room "starting" from 3pm, which should be "till" 3pm. We got it finally at 15:30."

"The room was clean but there were some things I would've expected to be better. I got an upgrade to an apartment instead of a studio. In this apartment there were multiple things that were not working well. Like the dishwasher never really washed the dishes and randomly shut off and turn on again. The airco was also not working properly, even at the lowest temperature it did not really cool down the room. I've been here before in a studio and then my experience as a lot better. So I think it will probably be an issue of this specific apartment. The rest of the stay was fine. Good breakfast and lovely staff"
