"Parking was good and so was breakfast "

"There was blood found on our bed sheets. Wasn’t ours. Manager of house keeping was awesome to deal with but that’s disgusting. Was offered 50% off another stay, seemed like nothing for having my niece sleep on a bed with someone else’s blood on the sheets. (It wasn’t on the top sheet, during her sleep her blankets moved and it was on the side of the fitted sheet. They didn’t change the sheets!"

"Breakfast was a sandwich coupon for the separately owned coffee shop within the hotel so if you don’t want an English muffin with egg and sausage, you’re out of luck. Parking fee of $15 added to your stay as soon as you arrive, but not advertised. Property getting tired; Millwork and finishes as well as corridor starting to look pretty worn out and a lot of cheap “bandaids” throughout. Upkeep of the property has definitely been neglected. Staff was pleasant though. Probably won’t be back there as there are numerous better properties in town that I’d rather stay at. I now understand why those hotels were booked solid and this one had availability."

"Location wise, there are train tracks so a train will pass through but that rarely happens. Other than that, great place to stay "

"Owner disrespectful to patrons. Beds are actually cots. No amenities! Room dirty and had not been cleaned before we got there!"

"Had one of the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. The furnace was broken and our room was at least 85 degrees. Windows didn't open and I didn't even get into the bed or get any sleep. Just sweating all night long. They never should have taken reservations or at check in should have refunded all money knowing how hot the rooms are and told us to go somewhere else. Completely ruined my birthday as I didn't get any sleep. The bed was soft and felt tired, old and saggy. Just awful. The bathroom was so small I wacked my elbow on the vanity as I could barely move around and the coffee in the room was poor and not drinkable. There was a filthy 1970s light blue armchair that I didn't want to touch let alone sit on, and the crappy one ply toilet paper was embarrassing. Parking was outside and my husband despite wearing winter boots slipped and nearly fell. They charge an extra $20 for parking! Hotel lobby bar was going through renos. Over priced and very very disappointing. I will never go back."
