"I booked a 2 twin-bed room for myself and another lady friend. But at arrival, the staff told us that they by mistake booked all twin bed rooms out, and did not keep one for us. I asked for a free upgrade to a second room, but being refused. As a result, we two ladies had to share a king bed for the night. Fortunately they moved us to a twin bedroom the next day. "

"This was an excellent hotel in Vienna. It was close to the train station, with all the shopping and restaurants there. It was a short walk to the historic area. The D tram station was right around the corner, which would take you from the vineyards on the outskirts of Vienna through the heart of town. The staff was excellent. They were painting the walls in the hotel corridors. They take very good care of the property."
