"We had a wonderful stay in Ayvalık and truly felt at home. From the very first moment, the owner, Mr. Murat, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Whenever we needed anything, he was always there to assist us. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had such a peaceful atmosphere. It didn’t feel like we were simply staying at a hotel or rental — it genuinely felt like our own home in Ayvalık. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. A special thank you to Mr. Murat for his kindness and outstanding hospitality. We already know where we’ll be staying the next time we visit Ayvalık. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing experience. Great location and breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious. There is no wake up time or any specific time for breakfast. Whenever you wake up, breakfast will be ready in the balcony or in the garden by the pool within 5 minutes. Owner and all staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Felt like long family relatives haven't seen for years. Absolutely clean modern rooms. Everything was spotless. Definitely recommend here."

"We only stayed for the night, but were pleasantly surprised by the clean room, lovely decor and nice bathroom. The AC was also very welcome on a hot night. Perhaps one concern if mobility is a concern, is that there is a steep, cobbled road up from the main road and it could be difficult to get luggage up and walk there. Out taxi driver was very kind and took us right up to the door, but these are narrow, old roads."
