"Our stay was great! While the room was small it was adequate. We got the room with two single beds. Very comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, which we appreciated so we could chill our water bottles and a kettle to make the occasional cup of coffee. It’s a little challenging to get to as the cobblestone roads are very narrow. We had to park our car in a parking lot (expensive) and walked to the hotel, about seven minutes walk. After we checked in we were told where we could park our car for free. We still had to walk in. So my advice is to pack accordingly as you will be carrying your luggage in."

Whenever we needed anything, he was always there to assist us. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had such a peaceful atmosphere. It didn’t feel like we were simply staying at a hotel or rental — it genuinely felt like our own home in Ayvalık. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. A special thank you to Mr. Murat for his kindness and outstanding hospitality. We already know where we’ll be staying the next time we visit Ayvalık. Highly recommended!"

Whenever you wake up, breakfast will be ready in the balcony or in the garden by the pool within 5 minutes. Owner and all staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Felt like long family relatives haven't seen for years. Absolutely clean modern rooms. Everything was spotless. Definitely recommend here."
