There's no reception and we had to wait in a fairly long queue at the bar in order to check in, but once we had we found all of the staff really friendly and helpful. "Everything about our stay could not be faulted. Friendly reception on arrival. Told all we needed to know straight away and made to feel very welcome. Separate restaurants as we had our dogs with us and we were the only ones in ours but still were treated very attentively. Good varied menu with several specials on offer.
